What is E0 Grade for Plywood? Is it good or bad?

Before we know about what is E^0 grade? is it good or bad for plywood?

first, we need to know what Formaldehyde Emission is standard?

Formaldehyde Emission standard is a strong-smelling volatile organic compound (VOC) found in air and it is colorless. it naturally occurs in plants, fruits, trees, and vegetables.

Normally, Formaldehyde found in nature only amounts to 0.03ppm. which is far to affect people's health.

Formaldehyde Emission standard has 3 Types: E0, E1, and E2

E0 released Formaldehyde less than or equal to 0.5mg/l.

E1 released Formaldehyde less than or equal to 9.0mg/100g.

E2 released Formaldehyde less than or equal to 30.0mg/100g.

 

E0 Grade Plywood

E0 grade is one of the highest Formaldehyde Emission Standards for plywood, hardwood plywood sheets, blockboard, Flush door, floor, Marine Plywood, and other Wood-Based Panels. E0 grade plywood and other wooden boards are allowed to be used in an interior environment without extra treatment.

Good or Bad?

E0 Grade Plywood is the safest or healthier interior plywood. E0 Grade Plywood is ideal for making premium furniture and home decoration. Vinayak Ply Deliver E0 Grade of Flush Door, BlockBoard, and other wooden boards are allowed to be used in an interior environment without extra treatment.
